The agreement between you and Wordifi when using our app and services.

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wordifi mobile application and any related services ("Service") provided by AppsBrite UG (haftungsbeschränkt) ("Wordifi", "we", "us", or "our"), registered at Amtsgericht Mönchengladbach under HRB 19589, Konstantinstraße 329, 41238 Mönchengladbach, Germany.

By downloading, installing, or using Wordifi, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

When you accept these Terms, we record the date, time, and version number of your acceptance. This record is retained for the life of your account plus 5 years as required by GDPR Art. 7(1) to demonstrate that your consent was given.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you within the app at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

You must be at least 16 years old to use Wordifi. By creating an account, you confirm you are 16 or older.

We do not knowingly allow users under 16 to create accounts. If we discover that a user is under 16, we will terminate their account and delete their data promptly. Parents or guardians who believe a child under 16 has registered should contact us at admin@wordifi.com.

If you are using Wordifi on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
  • Keep your password confidential and not share it with any third party
  • Notify us immediately at admin@wordifi.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

You may register using a valid email address and password, or via a supported third-party sign-in provider. If you use a third-party sign-in option, we receive limited profile information from that provider as described in our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information, that violate these Terms, or that we reasonably suspect to be compromised.

4. The Service

4.1 What Wordifi Provides

Wordifi is a German language certification exam preparation platform. The Service includes practice questions, sectional tests (Lesen, Hören, Schreiben, Sprechen), full mock exams, progress tracking, daily streaks, readiness scores, and related features to help users prepare for certifications offered by Goethe-Institut, TELC, and ÖSD at levels A1 to C1.

4.2 Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable, continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or events outside our control. We will provide reasonable advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.

4.3 No Guarantee of Exam Outcomes

Wordifi is an educational tool designed to support your language learning and exam preparation. We do not guarantee that use of the Service will result in passing any exam, achieving any certification, or reaching any particular level of language proficiency. Exam outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

4.4 Content Accuracy

We take care to ensure that practice questions and explanations are accurate and aligned with current exam formats. However, Wordifi is not an official product of, and is not endorsed or affiliated with, Goethe-Institut, TELC, ÖSD, or any other certification body.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

5.1 Subscription Plans

Wordifi offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid plans unlock the full feature set of the Service, including unlimited question access, sectional tests, full mock exams, and the Sprechen and Schreiben AI-powered features. Current pricing is displayed in the app and at wordifi.com.

Current paid plans include:

  • Monthly subscription: EUR 19.00 to EUR 29.00 depending on current offer
  • Quarterly subscription: EUR 49.00 to EUR 69.00 depending on current offer

The price confirmed at the point of purchase applies to you. Promotional pricing may be offered from time to time.

5.2 Payment Processing

All subscription payments are processed by the Google Play Store. By subscribing, you agree to Google Play's payment terms and billing policies. Wordifi does not receive, process, or store your payment card details at any point. All payment handling, receipts, and billing disputes are managed directly by Google Play.

5.3 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for paid plans. The trial duration and terms will be clearly displayed before you start. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and billing will commence. You may only benefit from a free trial once per Google Play account.

5.4 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or quarterly, as selected) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Renewal charges are processed by Google Play via your registered payment method.

5.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice of any price increase by in-app notification. If you do not cancel before the price change takes effect, your continued use constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5.6 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via Google Play Store > Subscriptions > Wordifi > Cancel subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until the period ends. We recommend cancelling your subscription before requesting account deletion to avoid further charges.

5.7 Refunds

All purchases are final. Refund requests are handled by Google under Google Play's refund policy. Wordifi does not process refunds directly. If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, contact us at admin@wordifi.com and we will assist where possible.

5.8 Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. However, by completing your purchase you expressly consent to the immediate commencement of the Service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once full access to the Service has been granted. 6. Sprechen Feature — Live Speaking Practice

The Sprechen feature provides live, AI-powered spoken German conversation practice. By using Sprechen, you:

  • Grant Wordifi and our AI voice processing sub-processor a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process your voice audio solely to power the real-time conversation during your session
  • Acknowledge that your voice is streamed live in real time to an AI voice processing service for the duration of the session only
  • Acknowledge that your audio is not recorded or stored by Wordifi at any point
  • Acknowledge that the AI provider does not retain your audio beyond the duration of the processing call and does not use API audio to train its models
  • Understand that the text transcript of your conversation is returned to Wordifi and stored in your account to allow you to track your progress
  • Confirm that you retain all ownership of your voice recordings; the licence granted is strictly limited to the technical processing required to deliver the feature and terminates immediately upon session end

Before your first Sprechen session, you will see a one-time in-app notice explaining that your voice will be processed by an AI service. By proceeding past this notice, you confirm your understanding.

You can stop a Sprechen session at any time by ending the conversation. You can disable microphone access for Wordifi at any time in your device settings (Settings > Apps > Wordifi > Permissions > Microphone), which will prevent use of the Sprechen feature but will not affect any other part of the Service.

7. Schreiben Feature — Written Practice

The Schreiben feature allows you to practise written German by composing essay responses to exam-style prompts. Any text you submit in Schreiben ("User Content") remains your property at all times.

By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited licence to:

  • Store and display your submissions within your personal account for review and progress tracking
  • Process your text using automated AI assessment — not human review — to generate a score and feedback
  • Use fully anonymised, aggregated writing samples (with all personally identifying information removed) to improve our AI feedback models

Your written responses are not shared with any third party for training or commercial purposes beyond the automated assessment process described above.

You must not submit User Content that is unlawful, harmful, offensive, defamatory, or that infringes the rights of any third party. We reserve the right to remove such content without notice.

8. Push Notifications

With your permission, Wordifi sends push notifications including practice reminders, streak alerts, exam countdown notices, and product updates. Notifications are delivered via a third-party push notification service.

By accepting the notification permission prompt during onboarding, you consent to receive these notifications. You may withdraw consent at any time by:

  • Going to your device Settings > Notifications > Wordifi and disabling notifications, or
  • Turning off notifications within the Wordifi app settings

Withdrawing notification consent does not affect your access to the app, your subscription, or any other feature.

9. Analytics and Crash Reporting

We use third-party services to collect pseudonymised product analytics and to capture crash reports and error logs. These services help us understand how the Service is used and fix technical issues.

Analytics data collection begins only after you have accepted these Terms. Your name and email address are never shared with our analytics or crash reporting providers.

If you wish to object to analytics or crash reporting data collection, please contact us at admin@wordifi.com. We will disable processing for your account within 30 days of your request. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Wordifi solely for your personal, non-commercial language exam preparation, in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You must not:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the app
  • Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access, copy, or collect content from the Service
  • Circumvent any access controls, subscription gates, or technical restrictions
  • Share your account credentials or allow others to use your account to access paid content without authorisation
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
  • Upload, transmit, or distribute malware, viruses, or any other harmful code
  • Impersonate Wordifi, our staff, or any other person or entity
  • Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm any other user or person
  • Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Service without our express written permission

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account at our sole discretion, without refund of any prepaid fees. We reserve the right to take legal action where a breach causes us damage.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1 Our Content

All content in the Wordifi app — including practice questions, explanations, vocabulary databases, audio content, UI design, branding, graphics, and software — is owned by or licensed to AppsBrite UG and is protected by German and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial learning purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, sublicense, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

11.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, including Schreiben essays and Sprechen session transcripts. By submitting content, you grant us only the limited licences described in Sections 6 and 7. We do not claim ownership of your content.

11.3 Feedback

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you acknowledge that we may use them freely without any obligation or compensation to you.

12. Third-Party Services

Wordifi integrates with third-party service providers across several categories — including backend infrastructure, crash reporting, analytics, subscription management, push notifications, and AI voice processing — to deliver the Service. The categories of providers used and the data shared with each are described in our Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services in connection with Wordifi is subject to those providers' own terms and privacy policies.

The app may contain links to external websites. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content of any external site.

13. Consent Records and Audit Trail

When you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy, we record:

  • The date and time of your acceptance
  • The version number of the Terms and Conditions you accepted
  • The version number of the Privacy Policy in effect at the time of acceptance

This record is retained for the life of your account plus 5 years in accordance with our legal obligations under GDPR Art. 7(1). It is not overwritten if you log in again on a subsequent occasion — the original acceptance date and version are preserved for audit purposes.

If we make material updates to these Terms, we will ask you to review and accept the updated version within the app before continuing to use the Service.

14. Account Deletion and Data Retention

You may delete your account at any time by:

Upon deletion:

  • Your profile, progress, learning data, transcripts, and essays will be permanently deleted within 30 days
  • Transaction and subscription records required for legal compliance will be retained for 10 years as required by German commercial law (HGB / AO)
  • Your T&C and Privacy Policy consent records will be retained for 5 years from the date of account deletion
  • Anonymised, aggregated statistics not linked to your identity may be retained for product improvement purposes

Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions. We recommend cancelling your active subscription through Google Play before requesting account deletion to avoid further billing charges.

15. Termination by Wordifi

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if:

  • You breach these Terms
  • We are required to do so by law or a court order
  • We reasonably believe your account is being used fraudulently or to harm others
  • We discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice where possible)

If we terminate your account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, we will provide a pro-rata refund for any unused portion of your current paid billing period.

16. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

16.1 "As Is" Service

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wordifi makes no warranties, express or implied, including that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free; that content is accurate, complete, or current; or that use of the Service will result in any particular language-learning outcome.

16.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AppsBrite's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the total subscription fees paid by you to Wordifi in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

16.3 Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country of residence that cannot be waived by contract. Mandatory statutory liability under German law — including liability for intent (Vorsatz), gross negligence (grobe Fahrlässigkeit), and injury to life, body, or health — is not limited or excluded by these Terms.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The courts of Germany shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, subject to the following:

  • If you are a consumer resident in an EU member state, you retain the benefit of mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence
  • If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, UK mandatory consumer law applies

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first at admin@wordifi.com so we can attempt to resolve the matter amicably before any formal proceedings.

EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obliged and do not voluntarily agree to participate in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.

18. General Provisions

18.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Cancellation Policy (Widerrufsbelehrung), constitute the entire agreement between you and AppsBrite UG regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.

18.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. The remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

18.3 No Waiver

Failure by Wordifi to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that or any other provision in the future.

18.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, provided the assignee is bound by these Terms.

18.5 Language

These Terms are provided in English and German. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the two versions, the German version shall prevail for users resident in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. For all other users, the English version shall prevail.

1. Einleitung und Vertragsannahme

Diese Nutzungsbedingungen ("Bedingungen") regeln Ihren Zugang zu und die Nutzung der Wordifi-Mobilanwendung und zugehörigen Dienste ("Angebot") der AppsBrite UG (haftungsbeschränkt) ("Wordifi", "wir", "uns"), eingetragen beim Amtsgericht Mönchengladbach unter HRB 19589, Konstantinstraße 329, 41238 Mönchengladbach, Deutschland.

Mit dem Herunterladen, Installieren oder Nutzen von Wordifi bestätigen Sie, dass Sie diese Bedingungen und unsere Datenschutzerklärung gelesen, verstanden haben und damit einverstanden sind. Wenn Sie nicht einverstanden sind, nutzen Sie das Angebot nicht.

Mit der Akzeptanz dieser Bedingungen erfassen wir Datum, Uhrzeit und Versionsnummer Ihrer Zustimmung. Diese Aufzeichnung wird für die Kontolaufzeit plus 5 Jahre gemäß Art. 7 Abs. 1 DSGVO aufbewahrt.

Wir können diese Bedingungen von Zeit zu Zeit aktualisieren. Bei wesentlichen Änderungen informieren wir Sie mindestens 14 Tage vor Inkrafttreten in der App. Ihre fortgesetzte Nutzung gilt als Zustimmung.

2. Nutzungsvoraussetzungen und Altersbeschränkung

Sie müssen mindestens 16 Jahre alt sein, um Wordifi zu nutzen. Mit der Kontoerstellung bestätigen Sie, dass Sie 16 Jahre oder älter sind.

Wir ermöglichen wissentlich keinen Nutzern unter 16 Jahren die Kontoerstellung. Stellen wir fest, dass ein Nutzer unter 16 Jahre alt ist, werden wir das Konto beenden und die Daten unverzüglich löschen. Eltern oder Vormünder wenden sich bitte an admin@wordifi.com.

Wenn Sie Wordifi im Namen einer Organisation nutzen, bestätigen Sie die rechtliche Befugnis, die Organisation an diese Bedingungen zu binden.

3. Kontoregistrierung und Sicherheit

Für bestimmte Funktionen ist eine Kontoregistrierung erforderlich. Sie verpflichten sich:

  • Genaue, aktuelle und vollständige Registrierungsdaten anzugeben
  • Ihr Passwort vertraulich zu behandeln und nicht weiterzugeben
  • Uns unverzüglich unter admin@wordifi.com zu informieren, wenn Sie unbefugten Zugriff vermuten
  • Die Verantwortung für alle Aktivitäten unter Ihrem Konto zu übernehmen

Sie können sich per E-Mail und Passwort oder über einen unterstützten Drittanbieter-Anmeldedienst registrieren. Einzelheiten zu den dabei erhaltenen Profilinformationen finden Sie in unserer Datenschutzerklärung.

Wir behalten uns vor, Konten mit unzutreffenden Angaben, die gegen diese Bedingungen verstoßen oder kompromittiert erscheinen, zu sperren oder zu kündigen.

4. Das Angebot

4.1 Leistungsumfang: Wordifi ist eine Plattform zur Vorbereitung auf deutsche Sprachzertifizierungsprüfungen. Das Angebot umfasst Übungsaufgaben, Abschnittstests (Lesen, Hören, Schreiben, Sprechen), vollständige Probeprüfungen, Fortschrittsverfolgung, Tagesstreaks, Vorbereitungsstand und verwandte Funktionen für Zertifizierungen von Goethe-Institut, TELC und ÖSD auf den Niveaus A1 bis C1.

4.2 Verfügbarkeit: Wir bemühen uns um einen stabilen, kontinuierlichen Dienst, garantieren jedoch keine unterbrechungsfreie Verfügbarkeit.

4.3 Keine Garantie für Prüfungsergebnisse: Wordifi ist ein Bildungswerkzeug zur Unterstützung Ihrer Prüfungsvorbereitung. Wir garantieren nicht das Bestehen einer Prüfung oder das Erreichen eines bestimmten Sprachniveaus.

4.4 Inhaltsgenauigkeit: Wordifi ist kein offizielles Produkt des Goethe-Instituts, TELC, ÖSD oder anderer Zertifizierungsstellen und wird von diesen nicht unterstützt.

5. Abonnements und Abrechnung

5.1 Pläne: Wordifi bietet kostenlose und kostenpflichtige Abonnementpläne an. Aktuelle Preise in der App und auf wordifi.com.

  • Monatliches Abonnement: EUR 19,00 bis EUR 29,00 je nach aktueller Aktion
  • Vierteljährliches Abonnement: EUR 49,00 bis EUR 69,00 je nach aktueller Aktion

5.2 Zahlungsabwicklung: Alle Abonnementzahlungen werden über den Google Play Store abgewickelt. Wordifi empfängt, verarbeitet oder speichert Ihre Zahlungskartendaten zu keinem Zeitpunkt.

5.3 Kostenloser Testzeitraum: Dauer und Bedingungen werden vor Beginn klar angezeigt. Wenn Sie nicht vor Ablauf kündigen, wird Ihr Abonnement automatisch kostenpflichtig. Der Testzeitraum steht pro Google-Play-Konto nur einmal zur Verfügung.

5.4 Automatische Verlängerung: Abonnements verlängern sich automatisch am Ende jedes Abrechnungszeitraums, sofern Sie nicht mindestens 24 Stunden vor dem Verlängerungsdatum kündigen.

5.5 Preisänderungen: Wir informieren Sie mindestens 30 Tage im Voraus per In-App-Benachrichtigung. Fortgesetzte Nutzung gilt als Zustimmung.

5.6 Kündigung: Jederzeit möglich über Google Play Store > Abonnements > Wordifi > Abonnement kündigen. Wirksam am Ende des laufenden Abrechnungszeitraums.

5.7 Rückerstattungen: Alle Käufe sind endgültig. Erstattungsanträge werden von Google bearbeitet. Bei Fragen: admin@wordifi.com.

5.8 Widerrufsrecht (EU-Verbraucher): Als EU-Verbraucher steht Ihnen das gesetzliche Widerrufsrecht von 14 Tagen ab Kauf zu. Mit dem Kaufabschluss stimmen Sie jedoch dem sofortigen Leistungsbeginn zu und bestätigen den Verlust des Widerrufsrechts mit vollständiger Leistungserbringung. 6. Sprechen-Funktion — Live-Sprechpraxis

Mit der Nutzung der Sprechen-Funktion:

  • Räumen Sie Wordifi und unserem KI-Sprachverarbeitungs-Auftragsverarbeiter eine eingeschränkte, nicht-exklusive, lizenzgebührenfreie Lizenz ein, Ihre Stimme ausschließlich zur Erzeugung der Echtzeit-Konversation während Ihrer Sitzung zu verarbeiten
  • Bestätigen Sie, dass Ihre Stimme per WebRTC live an einen KI-Sprachverarbeitungsdienst gestreamt wird — nur für die Dauer der Sitzung
  • Bestätigen Sie, dass Ihre Audioaufnahmen von Wordifi zu keinem Zeitpunkt gespeichert werden
  • Bestätigen Sie, dass der KI-Anbieter Audiodaten nicht länger als den Verarbeitungsaufruf aufbewahrt und nicht für KI-Training verwendet
  • Verstehen Sie, dass das Texttranskript in Ihrem Konto gespeichert wird
  • Bestätigen Sie, dass die eingeräumte Lizenz sofort mit dem Sitzungsende erlischt

Vor Ihrer ersten Sprechen-Sitzung erscheint ein einmaliger In-App-Hinweis. Mikrofonzugriff deaktivierbar unter: Einstellungen > Apps > Wordifi > Berechtigungen > Mikrofon.

7. Schreiben-Funktion — Schriftübungen

Alle eingereichten Texte ("Nutzerdaten") bleiben Ihr Eigentum. Mit der Einreichung räumen Sie uns eine eingeschränkte Lizenz ein:

  • Speicherung und Anzeige Ihrer Einreichungen in Ihrem Konto
  • Automatisierte KI-Auswertung (keine menschliche Prüfung) zur Bewertung und Feedback-Generierung
  • Nutzung vollständig anonymisierter, aggregierter Schreibproben zur Verbesserung unserer KI-Bewertungsmodelle

Ihre schriftlichen Antworten werden nicht für Training oder kommerzielle Zwecke an Dritte weitergegeben. Rechtswidrige, schädliche oder rechtsverletzende Inhalte sind untersagt.

8. Push-Benachrichtigungen

Mit Ihrer Erlaubnis senden wir Push-Benachrichtigungen. Widerruf jederzeit möglich über Geräteeinstellungen oder Wordifi-App-Einstellungen. Der Widerruf beeinträchtigt nicht Ihren Zugang zur App, Ihr Abonnement oder andere Funktionen.

9. Analyse und Absturzberichte

Wir nutzen Drittanbieter-Dienste für pseudonymisierte Produktanalysen und Absturzberichte. Beginn erst nach Akzeptanz dieser Bedingungen. Name und E-Mail werden nicht weitergegeben. Widerspruch unter admin@wordifi.com — Deaktivierung innerhalb 30 Tagen.

10. Zulässige Nutzung

Wordifi darf ausschließlich für persönliche, nicht-kommerzielle Prüfungsvorbereitung genutzt werden. Untersagt:

  • Reverse Engineering, Dekompilierung oder Quellcode-Extraktion
  • Automatisierte Bots, Scraper oder Skripte
  • Umgehung von Zugriffskontrollen oder Abonnement-Gates
  • Weitergabe von Zugangsdaten zur unbefugten Nutzung
  • Rechtswidrige Nutzung oder Verstoß gegen diese Bedingungen
  • Upload oder Verbreitung von Schadsoftware
  • Identitätsfälschung oder Nachahmung anderer Personen
  • Belästigung oder Schädigung anderer Nutzerinnen und Nutzer
  • Reproduktion oder Verbreitung von Inhalten ohne schriftliche Genehmigung

Verstöße können zur sofortigen Kontosperrung oder -kündigung ohne Erstattung führen.

11. Geistiges Eigentum

11.1 Unsere Inhalte: Alle Inhalte sind Eigentum von oder lizenziert an AppsBrite UG und durch deutsches sowie internationales Urheberrecht geschützt. Wir gewähren Ihnen eine persönliche, nicht-exklusive, nicht-übertragbare, widerrufliche Lizenz zur persönlichen, nicht-kommerziellen Nutzung.

11.2 Ihre Inhalte: Sie behalten das Eigentum an allen eingereichten Inhalten. Mit der Einreichung räumen Sie nur die in Abschnitten 6 und 7 beschriebenen Lizenzen ein.

11.3 Feedback: Feedback und Vorschläge können von uns ohne Verpflichtung oder Vergütung genutzt werden.

12. Dienste Dritter

Wordifi integriert Drittanbieter-Dienste (Backend-Infrastruktur, Absturzberichte, Analyse, Abonnementverwaltung, Push-Benachrichtigungen, KI-Sprachverarbeitung). Kategorien und weitergegebene Daten in der Datenschutzerklärung. Wir sind nicht verantwortlich für Inhalte oder Praktiken Dritter.

13. Einwilligungsnachweis und Prüfpfad

Bei Akzeptanz erfassen wir:

  • Datum und Uhrzeit der Akzeptanz
  • Versionsnummer der akzeptierten Nutzungsbedingungen
  • Versionsnummer der zum Zeitpunkt geltenden Datenschutzerklärung

Aufbewahrung: Kontolaufzeit plus 5 Jahre gemäß Art. 7 Abs. 1 DSGVO. Das ursprüngliche Akzeptanzdatum wird bei erneuten Anmeldungen nicht überschrieben.

14. Kontokündigung und Datenspeicherung

Kontolöschung möglich unter wordifi.com/delete-account oder per E-Mail an admin@wordifi.com (Betreff: "Account Deletion Request").

  • Profil, Fortschritte, Lerndaten, Transkripte und Aufsätze: Löschung innerhalb 30 Tagen
  • Transaktions- und Abonnementunterlagen: 10 Jahre (HGB / AO)
  • Einwilligungsnachweise: 5 Jahre ab Kontolöschung
  • Anonymisierte, aggregierte Statistiken können aufbewahrt werden

Wir empfehlen, das Abonnement über Google Play vor der Löschung zu kündigen.

15. Kündigung durch Wordifi

Wir können Ihren Zugang sperren oder kündigen, wenn:

  • Sie gegen diese Bedingungen verstoßen
  • Wir gesetzlich oder durch ein Gericht verpflichtet sind
  • Wir betrügerische Nutzung oder Schädigung anderer begründet vermuten
  • Wir das Angebot einstellen (mit angemessener Voranzeige)

Bei Kündigung aus anderen als Verstoßgründen erstatten wir den anteiligen Betrag für den ungenutzten Teil des laufenden bezahlten Abrechnungszeitraums.

16. Haftungsausschluss und Haftungsbeschränkung

16.1 Angebot "wie besehen": Im gesetzlich zulässigen Umfang ohne ausdrückliche oder stillschweigende Gewährleistungen.

16.2 Haftungsbeschränkung: Im gesetzlich zulässigen Umfang ist die Gesamthaftung von AppsBrite auf die Summe der in den letzten 12 Monaten gezahlten Abonnementgebühren beschränkt. Wir haften nicht für mittelbare, zufällige, Folge- oder Strafschäden.

16.3 Zwingende Verbraucherrechte: Diese Bedingungen schließen keine gesetzlichen Verbraucherrechte aus. Die gesetzliche Pflichtenhaftung nach deutschem Recht bleibt unberührt — insbesondere bei Vorsatz, grober Fahrlässigkeit und Verletzung von Leben, Körper oder Gesundheit.

17. Anwendbares Recht und Streitbeilegung

Anwendbar ist deutsches Recht unter Ausschluss des UN-Kaufrechts. Vorbehaltlich zwingender Verbraucherrechte sind die deutschen Gerichte zuständig.

Bei Streitigkeiten: admin@wordifi.com. EU-Verbraucher können die OS-Plattform nutzen: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. Wir nehmen nicht freiwillig an Verbraucherschlichtungsverfahren teil.

18. Sonstige Bestimmungen

18.1 Gesamte Vereinbarung: Diese Bedingungen bilden zusammen mit Datenschutzerklärung, Cookie-Richtlinie und Widerrufsbelehrung die gesamte Vereinbarung.

18.2 Salvatorische Klausel: Unwirksame Bestimmungen werden auf das notwendige Mindestmaß angepasst. Übrige Bestimmungen bleiben in Kraft.

18.3 Kein Verzicht: Nichtdurchsetzung stellt keinen Verzicht auf künftige Durchsetzung dar.

18.4 Abtretung: Keine Abtretung ohne vorherige schriftliche Zustimmung. Wir können bei Fusionen oder Veräußerungen abtreten.

18.5 Sprache: Bei Widersprüchen zwischen englischer und deutscher Fassung gilt für Nutzerinnen und Nutzer in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz die deutsche Fassung. Für alle anderen die englische Fassung.
